G-Verse: A Metaverse for Gamers
"G-Verse" is a project I created during my Visual Elements of User Interface Design and UX Design Fundamentals courses.
In G-Verse, gamers from all kinds of platforms can gather and share their gaming experiences with their friends and others. What this app wants to do is to provide a space uniquely designed for gamers so they can have the best experience possible. But what this "Space" will do? In short, it's a sharing platform where gamers can instantly share their moments and check out what other gamers are up to.
Functions:
Goals: People can share their gaming moments with other gamers. People can compare their stats and achievements on leaderboards. People can gather with their friends in groups and communicate privately. Designer Goal: Since I am a gamer too, I want to provide a platform specifically designed for gamers and their needs. A space to share our top moments (fun clips and pictures such as bugs, skilled moments such as rampages and aces, etc. ) and also share and compare our stats and achievements on leaderboards.
User Target Group:
Gamers who want to Communicate: Both newcomers and professional gamers can benefit from gathering around with friends or in public groups to chat and communicate.
Gamers who want to Share the Experience: Share their top and fun moments with others and see what others are up to.
Gamers who want to Compete: Compare the stats and achievements progress with other players.
Gamers who want to Have Fun: A place for all kinds of gamers to just have fun. Enjoy pro-players tips and guides, fun moments and bugs shared by friends, make some new gamer friends, etc.
